I was recently featured on Big Think where I discussed how important it is for entrepreneurs to find a focus and understand the scope of what they're trying to attack. Our mission at Kinsa is to create a map of human health. My team comes from incredibly different backgrounds, but we all join together for the purpose of achieving that mission. I believe it's critical that the team is aligned on exactly what the problem statement is and exactly where the focus should be. Being crystal clear about the problem you're trying to solve is a great unifier for the company's culture.
